Uterine FIBROIDS: The One PROBLEM, A Pot-Bellied Woman Might Have!

Tell me. What thought, jumps in your mind, when you see a woman with a big belly? “She’s pregnant of course!”, you would most likely, think out loud!
Hmm. PREGNANCY is truly a cause of a woman’s belly bulge but it’s certainly not the only one!

The second, more common cause of a belly bulge is the accumulation of FAT, which usually persists in women that don’t embrace certain dietary & lifestyle practices. I won’t delve into this right now…

Interestingly, the third, common cause of a belly bulge in women is a (potential) problem most may not even think of. And that is none other than FIBROIDS!
Uterine Fibroids are non-cancerous tumours within & around the womb (uterus) of a woman of child-bearing age. They are either single or multiple, round balls of uterine muscle that abnormally grows in size to the point of causing serious trouble!

You certainly shouldn’t ignore this note, because it has been discovered that it’s not just women below 50 that are prone to it, but those of African descent. In addition, obese females are at risk!

Fibroids, when small-sized, usually pose no symptoms but it becomes a big deal when it beckons on symptoms from heavy, prolonged menses to increased, pelvic pressure & knife-cutting pains.

Do you think you’re bothered by this issue OR know any woman who is? I highly suggest you quickly run a medical test to confirm your assumption BECAUSE undiagnosed, symptomatic Fibroids can lead to life-threatening blood loss (Anemia) & Infertility amid other complications.

Meanwhile, if I’m asked to vouch for a solution to Uterine Fibroids that can be implemented right away to gradually shrink them, I’d confidently point my fingers to these 4 supplements!

Aloe POWER (1 Litre) (Contains Vitamin C)
Defender (60 Capsules) (Contains Garlic)

Fat Absorber (60 Capsules) (Contains Chitosan)

40 Plus Women (30 Tablets) (Contains Soy Protein)

It is my desire that my prospects and customers be free from diseases and enjoy better health, strength & long life!

Wouldn’t you want to order for these NAFDAC-approved nutritional supplements before they run out of stock? Do you have questions or concerns about your well-being? Would you like to book a free consultation with me?

There was a time I dreaded going to the toilet because of the strain and pains I’d face. That was also a time I hated the discomfort, pains & even blood stains I experienced while sitting or walking.
I had the issue of Piles which I conquered! And I believe a lot of people out there are still battling with it. If you’re haunted by Piles, the good news is that I’m here to help you solve yours. So, let’s take this journey together!

What Are Piles?

Hemorrhoids, popularly known as Piles, is a health problem of the rectum, a part of the anus in the digestive system. This rectum, just like other parts of the digestive “tube” in you, is crowded with veins that take away blood to your heart.

The problem of Piles come when these veins are compressed & unable to transport blood as usual. This leaves the veins swollen. These swellings (Hemorrhoids) are of 2 types.

Internal Haemorrhoids: This form of Piles is a swelling, inside the anus which cannot be seen with the eyes. They usually lack symptoms.

External Haemorrhoids: This form of Piles is a swelling which hangs out of the anus and is seen as a visible lump.

What Are The Signs?

*LUMPS: A lump or lumps, peculiar to external haemorrhoids, is a common indicator of Piles. This swelling comes out of the anus, like a balloon. What’s not nice about this is that faeces may leak out, when you least expect it!

*ITCHING: Mild or severe skin itches are quite a peculiar symptom of Piles, especially when the (external) lumps are dry. When this itching becomes regular, bleeding occurs!

*BLEEDING & PAIN: Another common indicator of the problem is bleeding, which is noticed as blood stains on underwear or on faeces passed out in the toilet. Remember that internal and external lumps, which are due to swollen veins, are prone to rupture & bleed which MAY be accompanied by pain.

Here Is The Root Cause, Most Don’t Think Of!

You’re aware that Haemorrhoids happen when the veins that surround the rectum are swollen. So, what causes the swelling of these veins? The root cause of Piles is PRESSURE in the abdomen! A vein is a blood vessel that will accumulate more blood on one side, if more pressure is applied on the other side.

Know The Risk Factors..

Considering the fact that increased PRESSURE is the leading cause of Piles, there are a number of risk factors you must put in mind.

*It is more common in men than women. This should be because men tend to be more physically active than women.

*A pregnant woman is more likely to have it because of the pressure put on her, by her growing baby.

*As a person grows older, the likelihood of having it increases because the wall of the veins, gradually weakens.

*Eating bulky foods raises your risk of having it, due to the pressure it puts on your digestive “tube”.

*Drinking an insufficient amount of water raises your risk of having it, since water is needed to soften & improve food digestion.

*Being overweight raises your risk of having it, since more fat puts more pressure on your digestive “tube” as well as veins.

*Spending more time in the toilet, in the bid to “pass out”, raises your risk of having it.

*Refusing to go to the toilet in good time, raises your risk of having it. The longer faeces stay in your digestive tube, the “harder” they become.

Doing Nothing Will Put You In Trouble!

Even though Piles can be really unpleasant & painful, they are preventable & treatable. However, it generally gets worse over time, if you neglect the risk factors & remedies.

If the lumps become larger than normal, a surgery may be the only option left! I don’t think you’re ready for such a costly procedure. So, why wait for the issue to get that complicated?

These Are My Suggestions…

1. Avoid The Risk Factors

It is obvious that the best way to prevent and treat Piles is to know and avoid the risk factors which are most related to you. If you already have the Pile problem, do read on!

2. Go For Topical Applications

Regular application of topical creams or gels is highly recommended to help you cope with Piles. They work by either absorbing heat, shrinking the lumps or relieving itching. The herbs, Aloe Vera and Witch Hazel, found in Aloe Vera Gel, are ideal.

Regular application of ICE, packed in a cloth, to the lump on the anus is really effective. I was glad I learnt about and applied it in my case. Ice relieves the pain, itching and eventually shrinks the lump!

3. Be Serious About Your Diet & Lifestyle!

Drinking lots of water is vital in treating Piles in the long run. Water softens stool for easy passage through your “tube”. This treats constipation & decreases intra-abdominal pressure.

Chewing your food properly really helps reduce the workload on your digestive tube. The less the load, the less the likelihood of having Piles.

For More Information About These 3 Unique Products, Consult With Simon On WhatsApp: +234 813 049 6612.

Eating high-fibre foods such as fruits (watermelon) & vegetables (carrots) greatly helps to soften stool too & reduce constipation. It also supports weight loss, since they suppress appetite and boost metabolism!

Improving blood flow in your body, especially to the swollen veins, helps to reduce pressure & relieve Piles. Fish Oils, found in Omega Plus, and Ginseng, found in Aloe Power, are nutrients, proven to improve blood flow & consequently, good health.

Avoid strenuous activities such as prolonged sitting or standing, that put pressure on your abdomen. Your abdominal muscles press on your digestive “tube” which may increase the likelihood of having Piles.

My STORY: What You Must Know To Be Free Of The STAPH Infection!

I must admit that the topic around the Staph infection has been mixed with confusion, claims & complaints from people. So, it would be of no use, if I put up my claims too..

I want to rather, share with you my experience about this infection… A personal experience? Nah! These are bittersweet experiences of my customers which taught me a few lessons. Lessons I wouldn’t have learnt without their feedback..

It is my belief that you’re reading me either because you’re haunted by the infection or you know someone who is. So, let’s ride into this!

Hold On A Second!

While we move into this together, it would be good if I write briefly about what Staph really is, its common symptoms & the root cause of its infection..

The DefiNition…

Staph is a shortened version of Staphylococcus, which is a group of bacteria that causes a number of diseases as a result of infection of body tissues. However, most infections are caused by the Staphylococcus aureus.

The bacteria are normally found harmless, in the nose and on the skin of 25%-30% of healthy adults and in 25% of hospital workers!

The SymPtoms…

The Staph Infection can range from mild & requiring no treatment TO severe & potentially fatal..

*The Disease On The Skin results in a local collection of boils or a discharge of Pus. Affected areas may be red, swollen, itchy or painful.

This reminds me of Mrs. Joy, a customer at Illupeju, Lagos Nigeria. When I first met her to deliver my solution, her face was numbered with boils. On my next visit, few months later, they were gone along with a few other symptoms!

*The Disease In The Blood is an advanced form of the infection that causes high fevers, chills, worm-like movements, stomach rumbling, low blood pressure, joint pains among others..

This makes me think about Mr. Jamiu at Surulere, Lagos Nigeria. His case bothered me the most because he had been tormented by the infection for more than 2 years. When I met him in May 2015, he complained about a tingling sensation in his “manhood”, stomach rumbling & general body pains.

Jamiu believes his visit to the public swimming pool brought about this infection since he first noticed a boil in his nose around that time. And this infection, he unknowingly passed to his wife via intercourse.

I told him about my solution which he used for the next 30 days. Of course, his report was heart-warming because there was a significant drop in his symptoms. The hospital test revealed a scanty growth which was heavy initially.

I must admit to you though, that I made a MISTAKE. Staph is a living thing which grows and will grow if you let it be. I never insisted that he continued with my solution for at least 2 months. We let it be for months & his situation is back to “square 1”. I felt terrible.

Well, I’m even more confident about him being free if he uses my solution for 2-4 months. My confidence was built when I interacted with another customer, Mr. Samuel based at Osun State, Nigeria. He shared his Staph Story with me and his turning point when he used my solution faithfully for 4 months.

According to the hospital report, he is now free of the infection. He is also happily married!
So, What Is This SOLUTION?

Your mind must have been wandering around what this solution could be. Well, it’s high time I tell you.

The solution is NATURE. To be specific, the solution is in Food Supplements. Now, I understand if you are thinking like a typical Nigerian: “food supplements ke! No be drugs nah!”

That is exactly why they’re vital! Let me explain further..

The ROOT Cause..

I did mention that the Staph infection is caused by the bacterium, Staphylococcus aureus. Do you know that this organism is normally harmless until it finds a way into the blood?

What you probably don’t know is that ALL those symptoms you face are generated by your own body, not the infection itself! It’s your body’s way of saying: “I have seen the bacteria and I’m doing all I can to fight it off! I hope I win!”

The problem though is that our body is not getting any stronger in this modern age, due to our poor diet & civilised lifestyle. Long time back, our forefathers hardly fell sick or died prematurely!

This is the reason why I consider Food Supplements as the Solution.

Supplements are a preparation of herbal extracts, vitamins & minerals which sky-rocket your immunity by supplying your body with nutrients usually lacking in our daily foods.

Frankly, I don’t know how effective other supplements are compared to the ones I have & trust. The ones Mrs. Joy, Mr. Samuel & Mr. Jamiu used.

Let’s take a break here. There is more I’d like to write here about my solution, the inefficacy of anti-biotics and the importance of patience but not today. Can we discuss on my favorite platform, WhatsApp?

Your questions, concerns & complaints are highly welcome. Call or chat me up through my contact details below!

What You Should Know To Save You From Diabetes [PART II]

Is There A Solution To Diabetes?
I run with the belief that whatever problem that exists has at least a solution to it! And you’ll always find a clue to it when you dig out & study the causes of the problem.

In this vein, let us dig out the 4 causes of Diabetes & reflect on the solutions.

Cause #1: Auto-Immunity.

Auto-Immunity is a situation wherein the human immune system starts to attack its “own” cells! Quite strange but true! And this is the cause of Type 1 Diabetes.

Like I did mention in the first part of this article, this immune system disorder, caused by faulty genes & environmental factors, can lead to a gradual damage of the pancreas (organ that makes Insulin)!

The only solution available to Type 1 patients, is Insulin Injections. They have to use special devices to check regularly, their blood glucose levels and respond as appropriate with Insulin shots. They are also adviced to observe the lifestyle practices I’ll be sharing below.

With regard to those affected by Type 2 Diabetes, its presence can be linked to heredity. The incidence of Diabetes can run in families so an unaffected person with such a family history has a high risk of being Diabetic!

Let’s observe below, possible causes of Type 2 Diabetes and the lifestyle practices we can embrace.

Cause #2: Poor Eating Habits

It isn’t necessarily what you eat that matters but the habit you develop around eating. More attractive meals (take-aways, soft drinks, alcohol, hamburgers, pies…) are available which titilate the tummy and keep us asking for more.

The issue is that most of these foods are low in nutrients (such as vitamins & minerals) & high in calorie which eventually stresses your pancreas.

Over time, weight-related issues from obesity to belly fat may come up which may eventually lead to Type 2 Diabetes!

The solution is to keep a written (or mental) log of the foods you eat daily and ensure a balance. Do you eat more of carbohydrates than proteins? Do you eat more of high-fat diets than unsaturated, low-fat? Do you consume fibre-rich, watery fruits & vegetables or not. Do you even go on a fast? Let your food log, guide your decision making.

Cause #3: Inactive Lifestyle

Your body is like a machine which requires fuel (glucose) to function properly.

When you’re inactive (sitting or sleeping often, for example) and still eat incessantly, you increase the likelihood of being Diabetic! Why?

Inactivity tends to increase your body cell resistance to Insulin. And if your blood glucose still rises, your Pancreas are overworked to the point of being unable to keep up.

Get active. Exercise! Have a walk, jog or just dance to your favorite music. Do something simple, short and sweaty. Getting active, gets your cells active, hence increasing its ability to absorb glucose!

Cause #4: Stress

Stress is quite a serious issue which is almost unavoidable in the fast-paced world we are now in. What is Stress? It’s your body’s response to energy-draining activities or events.

It contributes to the development of Diabetes besides other causes. If not handled right, it worsens the case of those who are already Diabetic!

The solution to Stress is to limit or avoid completely, that stressful activity or situation, either physical or emotional. Spread your lips & smile. Laugh often. Be happy. Forgive quickly. Spend time with those who love you. And ofcourse, Sleep sufficiently.

To wrap this article up, if you can eliminate Stress by bringing a balance between work and play, exercise properly and cultivate good eating habits, you’re well on your way to being saved from the claws of Diabetes.

If you’re Diabetic, following this procedure will equally be beneficial!

What You Should Know To Save You From Diabetes [PART I]

Do you know this life-threatening issue has been on the rise through the years?

During the days of our forefathers, the problem was hardly known. In 2013, it was estimated, according to the Williams textbook of endocrinology, that over 382 million people worldwide had Diabetes!
If you’re not affected by this malady, let me tell you why you shouldn’t stop reading me.

90% of Diabetic cases is linked to the consumption of fast foods, sweet drinks & calorie-rich snacks.
It was reported by researchers from Imperial College London, that drinking just one can of (non-diet) soda per day raises the risk of developing Diabetes by 22%!

In addition, Diabetes, when poorly managed can bring up a myriad of issues ranging from eye infections to heart, skin and foot diseases.

So, What Is Diabetes?

Diabetes is a health condition where the human body fails to properly absorb & utilise glucose, gotten from digested food. This eventually increases the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood [Hyperglycemia].

This problem is either due to the absence of an important hormone, Insulin, an insufficient amount of it OR increased resistance to the hormone, by the body cells.
The term “Diabetes” is a shortened version of the full name Diabetes Mellitus, which is our focus in this article.

Diabetes means siphon (to pass through) and Mellitus means honeyed or sweet. This is because Diabetes is characterized by excess sugar in the blood & urine.
You may have heard of Type 1, Type 2 forms of Diabetes before. There are actually 3 forms of Diabetes that affect people.

*Gestational Diabetes

This type of Diabetes is associated with pregnancy and it’s more likely to happen to women with poor eating habits & a sedentary lifestyle, prior to pregnancy.

Due to the growing (fetus) baby, which demands “mommy” food, some women develop high levels of blood glucose, which exceeds the amount of insulin they normally make.

*Type 1 Diabetes

This type of Diabetes is usually referred to as insulin-dependent or early-onset Diabetes. It often occurs below the age of 40 or during childhood. You should note that it accounts for 10% of all diabetic cases which is nowhere as common as Type 2.

In this case, there is complete lack of Insulin in the body which means the patient must take insulin injections for the rest of their lives! The cause is genetic, wherein the person’s immunity gradually destroys a part of the “pancreas”, the organ that makes insulin.

*Type 2 Diabetes

This type of Diabetes is referred to as maturity-onset Diabetes because it is prevalent in older people. However, young people now suffer from it, due to the availability of high-calorie but malnourished foods. Approximately 90% of Diabetic cases are Type 2.

In Type 2 diabetes, there is either insufficient insulin made by the pancreas OR the body cells have become resistant to the hormone. Overweight or obese people are more likely to be diabetic because of their poor habits around their diet & lifestyle.

How Will I Know The Signs Of Diabetes?

Before moving on, I want to debunk one of the myths about Diabetes. Being overweight or obese doesn’t mean you’ll be diabetic. It only increases the risk. Diabetes affect slim people too!

You should also note that 50% of people with Diabetes have mild or no obvious symptoms which makes it VITAL to check yourself early enough.

There are 3 basic symptoms (3Ps) of Diabetes that will give you a rough hint right in your home. However, you may have to go to a trusted hospital to back up your assumptions with standard, blood-urine tests to check the level of blood glucose in you.

PolyDipsia (Increased Thirst)

Do you frequently visit the fridge to gulp a bottle of water? Excessive thirst is a rough sign that you may be Diabetic. High blood sugar levels, trigger a part of your brain, regarded as the “Thirst Centre”, which increases your desire to drink water!

PolyPhagia (Increased Hunger)

Do you have a voracious appetite? Does it seem like no matter how much you eat, you still don’t add weight? Do you think you’re losing weight unnecessarily?

In Diabetics, since Insulin isn’t present to enable the cells absorb glucose, the body thinks it’s starving so increases food appetite. The body will also use up fat reserves to make up for the energy not gotten from food!

PolyUria (Increased Urination)

Do you visit the toilet more often than usual? Your body responds to high glucose by excreting the excess through your urine. Interestingly, increased urination leads to increased thirst!

In addition, it has been said that when Diabetics urinate on the floor, ants do gather around the “sugary” urine. I’m yet to confirm this but do observe!
Symptoms Of Diabetes

Another peculiar symptom among Diabetics is extreme tiredness due to lack of absorbed glucose for energy production. Observe the picture above for other symptoms.

The 2 Ignored Secrets To Lasting Weight Loss

Cheesecake and chocolates on a pink background.

These are not really secrets, for you must have heard or read about them somewhere. However, these things, which are the basis for weight loss, have been ignored.
Before we begin, I want us to clarify some things about your weight.

Firstly, there is no such thing as a “naturally fat” person. We have big-bodied people (an example is Great Khali, a wrestler) and small-bodied people (an example is Jet Li, a chinese actor). This phenomenon is solely due to genes – traits passed down in the family.
Fat is a complex compound which your body makes from digested food & stores away in you for a number of reasons. Fat can be gained or lost regardless of whether you are big-bodied or small-bodied.

Secondly, being fat (or thinking you’re fat) doesn’t mean you are in trouble. Fatness becomes a big-time issue when it affects you in any of these “12 ways“. Overweight becomes a problem when it presses you physically & emotionally.

See also: 12 Health Problems Of Overweight And What To Do About It.

So, what haven’t you been doing or aren’t doing right to ensure this weight problem is out the window? There are 2 basic factors I want us to look at. This is where your answers lie.

Oh yes! Weight loss is quite a long process so you can’t afford to neglect this factor. It doesn’t matter if you’re taking the best diet in the world or exercising the ideal way. When your mind isn’t prepped & clear on why you want to lose weight, all your efforts become futile.

In the same vein, when you don’t create a routine around what you do to lose weight, you don’t establish the habits vital for a lasting effect. It is quite a fact that a number of people succeed in losing some weight but eventually lose their way and fall back to square one. A square where they gain even more weight than was usual.

So, how do you keep this factor in check?

Create A Why..

Get a piece of paper & write out 10 reasons why you want to lose weight. If it is too much trouble, then I am afraid you may never lose weight. This test will not only tell how determined you are but it will serve as an ongoing motivation on your journey. It is important you put your list on your mirror or anywhere open in your room so your eyes won’t miss it everyday.

Do What You Love..

A habit is an action repeated so often that it becomes second nature (automatic) to whoever is engaged in it. Creating a habit to help you lose weight can be as hard as nails but as rewarding as heaven. Why don’t you soften the process by doing something you love which will consequently lose that weight for you?

Think out simple fat-burning exercises that suit you & your daily schedule and create a routine out of it. It could be dancing to your favorite music (perhaps with your family), swimming in that pool or walking to work. Just think of something “active” & begin it. Make the process enjoyable & you won’t even know when you have created a habit out of it. What inevitably follows will be weight loss.

See also: 3 Things You Should Start Doing To Reduce Belly Fat.

It is conventional advice to eat less if you want to lose weight. Sorry to bust your bubble but this is false! What matters more is the type of diet you welcome & its frequency. Come to think of it. Why starve yourself of essential nutrients because you want to lose weight? Let us observe a special diet you should subscribe to daily.

Chew On Proteins & Fibres..

Proteins are rightly regarded as the building blocks of the body. They build & repair muscles as well as keep the skin healthy. What you may not have realised is how much energy your muscles use. They are one of the most active organs in you, seeking for calories to burn. Their unending activity in you may lead to its wear & tear hence the need for proteins. Healthy muscles do use up the stored fat in you!

Fibres such as found in vegetables & fruits, give your muscles much work in digesting them. More work means more calories to burn. Fibres as well as proteins also makes you feel full hence helping you get what you want.

4 Small Meals A Day..

You should know that high-calorie foods are not your friends. Sugar-rich snacks, soft drinks & fried foods should be limited or stopped IF you can. This type of foods stimulate more insulin (needed to regulate blood sugar) which tends to increase fat storage in you.

Take a small 4-square meal daily fortified with proteins & fibres. Protein foods such as (boiled) eggs, beans, lean meat should be included. It is important you include fruits & water at intervals of your diet plan.
Small meals don’t need much insulin to manage. Taking small meals through your day will also ensure you don’t get too hungry which can make you overeat!

Just Do It!

It is true that genetics play a role in how fat is processed in you whether you are big-bodied or small-bodied. However, this is a fraction of the factors behind weight issues. Just take action on the other factors you control.

Decide on your why and create healthy habits out of your routines and daily diet. If possible, involve a friend or relative who will hold you accountable for your actions. You won’t remain the same.

Why Malaria Poses More Of A Problem Than Other Infections

mosquito red blood cell

Are you aware that unlike some infectious diseases, the malarial infection causes the human body to develop immunity for it rather slowly? By the time the person’s immunity is mature, he or she would have died of the disease!
The Plasmodium parasites transmitted from the hungry Anopheles mosquitoes swim in the blood, reproduce and target the red blood cells, eventually destroying them in the process. This vicious cycle brings up a combination of symptoms & problems like chills (shivering), fever, weakness, loss of appetite, anemia (shortage of red blood cells) and enlargement of the spleen.

Prevention Beats Cure!

Food For Thought: “AS-genotype” individuals who have a recessive gene of the sickle cell, are unusually resistant to Malaria. When a malarial parasite infects a red blood cell in them, the sickling effect is induced which destroys that cell as well as the parasite within it!

Although malaria can be cured, all the complications about it are not worth the trouble. Even the prescribed drugs usually have side effects no one would like. Anyone including you would gladly trade malarial problems for “good health”.

If you have no malarial infection and would like to prevent this from ever happening to you, you need to understand its origin. Malaria is prevalent in the tropical (hot) regions of the world where the carrier, a female Anopheles mosquito, thrives. With this in mind, here are 4 precautions you should take.

1. Stay clear from messy gutters or swamps with stagnant water in them for this is the breeding ground of mosquitoes.

2. Mosquitoes are nocturnal insects: active between dusk and dawn. If you’ll sleep in the open, close to a bushy place, I strongly suggest you cover your sleeping area with an insecticide-treated bed net.

3. Get a safe, odourless insect spray that you can apply on your skin or that of your baby. This spray has the ability to repel mosquitoes as well as other insects.

Citronella Mosquito Spray is a non-toxic, natural repellent spray, formulated with Citronella Oil to help protect the skin of adults & children against insect bites..

4. If you’ll sleep in an enclosed place, close to their breeding grounds, spray an insecticide around that room and wait for it to diffuse before sleeping in. You wouldn’t want to inhale harmful chemicals. Would you?

Further Notes On Protecting Yourself.

Food For Thought: The treatment of malaria with quinine, sourced from the bark of the cinchona tree, marked the first successful use of a chemical compound in combating an infectious disease. Despite the fact that better anti-malarial drugs were synthesised years later, the deadliest malarial parasite, Plasmodium falciparum, grew resistant to all of them EXCEPT quinine. Large doses of quinine have side-effects though.

At the beginning of this article, I gave a note about how slowly one’s immunity develops in the presence of Malaria. One of the ideal ways to protect yourself from various infections is to strengthen your immune system. This is possible if you commit to eating good balanced meals, exercising regularly and sleeping well. With regard to eating good meals, I suggest you include “food supplements” for most of the foods we have on our tables nowadays are deficient in essential nutrients our bodies need to stay healthy.

NOTE: If unfortunately you are ill with Malaria and are looking to treat the infection, I strongly suggest you visit a reputable hospital close to you for a proper treatment.
